Taste of Las Cruces 2013

Taste of Las Cruces is an annual event conducted by the Rotary Club of Las Cruces and the other two Las Cruces Rotary Clubs to raise funds to meet community needs. Taste of Las Cruces offers attendees a chance to sample the wares of a number of local restauranteurs in one location, while contributing to local causes. 

The 2013 event will be held at the Las Cruces Convention Center (see map below) on Thursday, June 6, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  Beneficiary of this year's event is the Roadrunner Food Bank.  Local restaurants have agreed to participate by donating food to be sampled by attendees, and more are being sought; this is a great way for participating restaurants to showcase their wares, and to aid the community in supporting a worthy cause. Participating restaurants so far include the following; contact us if you'd like to be involved.

Roadrunner Food Bank will be accepting donations of non-perishable food at the event.  Food donors will receive an extra ticket for door prize drawings. 

In addition, there will be a silent auction and other entertainment at the event.  Vic Villalobos and Ken Binkley will serve as the masters of ceremonies. 

Tickets ($40/person) are now available from members of the three Rotary Clubs or at American Classified on Valley Drive.  All four hundred tickets to last year's event were sold, so get yours soon!
